- Contract and Full payment will be required to reserve a time slot.

-Sessions are non-refundable, but may be **transferred. (See Special Terms.)

-Sessions are for individuals 16 and older only. Only 1 person per time slot, and one time slot per person. (For subjects under 18, a legal guardian must book session & be present at shoot.)

1) Each session may only have one subject 16 years or older.
(Legal guardian must book session and be present at the shoot for subjects under 18 years old.)

2) No more than 10 time slots may be booked by a single company or family. Only one time slot per person. (ie. One person booking 2+ time slots for only themselves will not be permitted.) If you need more than 5 time slots, or an extended service, please contact the studio to schedule your own private session. 3) Cancellations & Session Transfers**
If you can not attend your session time after booking clients will have two options:

—Client may forfeit their full payment as a cancellation fee.

—Client may find another individual to take over their session time. Their replacement must complete their own contract BEFORE the session date. Otherwise the session will be considered a cancellation. It will be the client’s responsibility to collect payment from their replacement. Noel Photography and Design will NOT process refunds.
