Over the last few years I’ve been getting to know Chris and Kiley on a personal level. So it was really special when they asked me to photograph their special day. Particularly because, while most of my clients will tell you I like to be a bit weird, photographing friends means I get to be a little extra weird! Let’s just call it part of my “charm.” ;)
After weeks of waiting out crazy weather, everything from down pouring rain to extreme heat, we finally found a nice June day for Chris and Kiley’s engagement session. But I guess it’s true what they say, “good things come to those who wait.” Our evening was filled with sunny skies, rolling grass fields, a Nebraska sunset masterpiece, and a ridiculous amount of smiles. All of which happen to be my jam. So I hope you’ll enjoy basking in the love of some of my absolute favorites from Chris and Kiley’s shoot!
